Granola can be such fun and Heart Balance Cereal makes it a little more healthy. Toss in a mix of other grains, seeds, nuts, fruits, spices and sweetener and you have yourself a great breakfast or quick snack to take on the road. Directions Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). In a large bowl, mix together the Heart Balance Cereal, flax seed meal, brown sugar, sunflower seeds, almonds, cinnamon and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, honey, vanilla and water. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry, and mix until evenly blended. Spread in a lightly greased 11x7 inch baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes, or until toasted. Mix in cranberries. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
