Muesli, a popular European breakfast, is made from uncooked grains. This mix can be made up ahead of time and used for a cold cereal breakfast or as a snack mixed with yogurt. No cooking necessary! Boost your fiber and antioxidants by adding your favorite bran cereal and/or fresh or frozen berries. Directions Combine Heart Balance Cereal, almonds, dried fruit, raisins and cinnamon. Leave whole or grind in a food processor for a finer cereal. To serve, mix with low fat milk, fruit juice, yogurt or applesauce. Top with fresh fruit if desired, and let stand a few minutes before serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
