Heart Balance cereal makes a great whole grain pizza crust! Directions Combine water, yeast and sugar. Allow to sit for 5 minutes. Combine Heart Balance Cereal, flour and salt in a large bowl. Add olive oil to water mixture and pour over dry ingredients and mix until a stiff dough forms. If too sticky, add more flour, 1 Tbsp at a time. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface about 8 minutes. Place into a bowl lightly coated with olive oil, over and allow to rise until doubled, about 1 1/2 hours. Punch dough down and form into two balls on a lighlty floured surface. Roll out to form two 10 inch circles. Transfer to a baking sheet, form rim on edge, if desired, and add toppings of your choice. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F until crust is brown, about 20 minutes.
