In small bowl, combine apple juice, milk, egg whites and oil. Stir into cereal mixture just until moistened. Add chopped apple, walnuts and raisins. Fill 18 greased medium muffin cups ¾ full with batter. Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until golden.
